Snatch 40% of the real-estate market share in the San Francisco area by the end of the year.

Background

Compass is a real-estate technology company launched in 2012, helping agents to streamline the process of home buying experience to buyers by providing innovative solutions.

Audience

Real-estate agents who are currently working in San Francisco area.

Issue

Some agents fear that one day, the Compass’s technology will replace their current role, and eventually lose their job.

Fact

Current techniques to generate leads from potential sellers/buyers are time-consuming, and ineffective — cold-calling & door-knocking.

Think

People are always looking for ways to save time and energy in order to work faster. Technology that creates time is better than a technology that steals time.

Challenge

Show real-estate agents that Compass is a “human-first” business, rather than a “tech-first,” by empathizing the needs of the people Compass is serving. Show the productivity for clients by making Compass’s data easy, digestible, and relatable for both agents and buyers.
